Google has taken center stage as it has announced that it will be converting all eligible Abode Flash ads to HTML5. This act will make the ads available to all consumers as most mobile devices and some browsers no longer support Flash.
Not only is Google changing Flash to HTML5 in its ads by also on YouTube, a Google acquistion. YouTube, the biggest provider of Flash video ever, has announced that it will stop serving videos using the Adobe Flash plugin and instead use HTML5.
The move to enable HTML5 videos will made the web accessible to mobile devices and give everyone a better experience. Without the Adobe Flash plugin in browsers, the recent vulnerabilities and exploits connected to its use will stop.
